What makes writing sound expert?
Mostly what it leaves out. Experts do not stack “I think”, “maybe” and “probably” in one sentence. They use the precise term instead of “stuff”, lead with the conclusion and back it with a reason. The rewrite does those things without inflating the text with jargon.
Will it make things up?
It should not add facts you did not give it, and it keeps your meaning. It can make a vague claim sound more definite, so read the result once: if the original said “might save money”, make sure you are comfortable with how firm the new version sounds.
Where people use it
LinkedIn posts, proposals, emails to clients, cover letters and bios. For a full professional email, Write an email is the better start. For removing slang without adding authority, Make formal is lighter. Sound technical and Sound academic push further in their direction.
Where it works
In the TextAI app. Paste the text or share a screenshot of it, then copy the result back into LinkedIn, Mail or your document.
